The journey begins at 7:30 a.m. from Playa Colorada, Drake Bay 🌊. Your certified naturalist guide will welcome you aboard for a scenic 45-minute boat ride across the South Pacific coast toward Caño Island Biological Reserve, one of the best snorkeling destinations in Costa Rica.

Upon arrival, you’ll receive a safety briefing and all necessary snorkeling equipment before diving into clear turquoise waters. Your first snorkeling session (45–60 minutes) reveals coral gardens teeming with tropical fish, rays, reef sharks, and sea turtles 🐢.

After a short break with fresh fruit and drinks, you’ll enjoy a second snorkeling session in another vibrant spot around the island. On the way back, the boat stops at San Josecito Beach, where you can relax, swim, or simply soak up the sun before returning to Drake Bay around 1:30 p.m..
